Evening courses in advanced 3D modeling technology
Friends of Design are offering potential students the opportunity to master the essentials needed to enter the dynamic world of 3D modeling. The evening classes will centre on modules focussing on modeling, sculpting and texturing.
No matter if you are intending to conjure high-end 3D models for video games, forming perfect architectural structures for clients, or even producing eye-catching animations for the web or models for 3D Printing; this is your first and best step to attain the necessary skills. Harness the power of advanced 3D design software, Blender, which is constantly updated in order to keep up with the industry’s growing need for individuals adept in 3D design.
3D Models are used in many areas today, and the software packages that are available enable the user to create 3D models of different objects (such as cars, houses, characters, etc.). Users also can add surface information to their creations, lights and virtual cameras, create animations to make a turntable movie, an animated movie or another animation – even import them into a game engine or print them using 3D printing.
This series of evening courses will teach the basics of 3D modeling and how to use the software to create 3D content. The theory behind 3D virtual space and 3D modeling will be taught for a better understanding and then the participants will learn how to create 3D models on their own, based on reference material.
